The London Institute of Banking and Finance (libf) in Partnership with The Uganda Institute of Banking and Financial services Offers exemptions at their Level 5 and 6 Professionalism,
Conduct and Ethics to the following categories of Professional Bankers
- Holders of Banking Certificate – Qualify at the Professional Stage qualification
Students who completed Banking Certificate can gain up to 50% of exemptions on professional level and will be required to complete Level 5 Professionalism, Conduct and Ethics (5PCE) and one other qualification.

Eligibility:
- Either a holder of Banking Certificate Or Certified Professional Banker (Diploma in Banking)
- Either having completed Banking Certificate or Certified Professional Banker/Diploma within the last 7 years or must provide statement/claim showing how one has kept the learning he/she undertook up to date
- Holders of other professional qualifications such ACCA, CPA shall be considered for exemptions on case by case basis
